Job summary

Alstar Oilfield Contractors Ltd. is seeking a driven supervisor to lead crews on oil & gas construction projects. You will coordinate daily workflows, mentor up to 10 team members, and uphold a strong safety culture in a fast-paced environment.

Pending availability, the role supports temporary October 1 – December 20 shifts with overtime as required. Training in TWI Job Instruction and first aid are valued assets for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience coordinating crew operations.

• Active commitment to safety and safety culture.
• Valid Intermediate First Aid or willingness to obtain.

Available Shifts (Temporary October 1 - December 20 with Overtime as Required)

• Temporary Weekdays: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts)

What You Bring to the Team

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of coordinating crew operations, task assignments, and daily workflows.
• Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate a positive work environment for a team of up to 10 employees using Alstar Job Relations methods.
• Safety Leadership: Active commitment to driving the Alstar Safety Culture, maintaining safe work practices, and participating in the Leadership Training Program (including Leadership for Safety Excellence at the MSHA facility).
• Training & Development: Must have valid Intermediate First Aid or willing to obtain. Hands-on experience implementing Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) to ensure consistent, effective on-the-job training for all crew members.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, blueprint reading expertise, and a dedication to quality standards and continuous improvement.
