Capital GMC Buick Cadillac Regina is seeking a Quick Lube Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests coming in for oil changes and preventative maintenance, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and works well in a team, with training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and technicians.
• Desire to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Educate and assist guests with recommended maintenance for their vehicles.
• Create accurate repair orders for routine maintenance with cost and time estimates.
• Review completed work with guests and process payments.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
