AutoCanada Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC in Winnipeg, MB. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, estimating repairs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a dealership Service Advisor role, automotive knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the AutoCanada network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Estimate cost and time for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcome customers and discuss their needs.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Develop repair estimates considering materials, supplies, and labor.
• Prepare repair orders detailing problems or symptoms.
• Connect customers with the right technician.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs meet expectations.
• Maintain automotive records of problems and actions.
