We are seeking a highly motivated Offsites SCM Advisor to join our Mining Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting offsite repair and return activities for critical mining equipment and components across multiple mine sites. You will work closely with Maintenance, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and external suppliers to ensure materials and services are procured efficiently, equipment downtime is minimized, and supply chain objectives are achieved. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, supplier coordination, and enterprise systems, along with the ability to build effective relationships across operational and commercial teams.
This position is office based. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W. office or Syncrude Mildred Lake, Fort McMurray. Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs. Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work.
