Position Overview

As an Office Specialist in our Bourg, LA Yard office, you will support our team with office administration tasks, including maintaining office systems, managing supplies, document organization, clerical duties, and providing support services. Responsibilities also include printing, mail distribution, expense reporting, greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth yard office operations.

Headquartered in Cranford, New Jersey, the company manages regional offices across Louisiana, Texas, Hawaii, Guam, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.

Location

This position is based at our Equipment Yard in Bourg, LA.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing vendors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, direct calls, and support administrative functions.
  • Create and distribute memos and internal communications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage inventory for safety, office, and yard supplies.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience; office assistant or warehouse clerical experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to handle diverse tasks daily.
