Job Description
We currently have an opening for an Office Services Coordinator in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities will include:
• Manage the ordering and coordination of catering for meetings, events, and office functions.
• Assist with organizing, setup and logistics of events.
• Assist with organizing, setup and clean up for meetings.
• Assist with reception coverage when required.
• Managing office supply inventory and organization
• General assistance to other Administrative Staff in the office as required.
• Prioritizing urgent tasks over less pressing tasks to manage last minute requests and deadlines.
• Responsible for the management and confidentiality of records in accordance with departmental and corporate requirements.
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and social gatherings as required.
• Empty and load the dishwasher, maintain cleanliness in the shared kitchen areas, and ensure boardrooms are kept tidy
• Perform miscellaneous office duties as required to support day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Office Administration would be an asset.
• 2+ years of experience providing office support, preferably in a large office.
• Class 5 Drivers License.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Superior organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
• Strong oral communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight.
