SUMMARY

The Office Relocation & Decommissioning Project Manager leads a team to deliver relocation, furniture installation, and decommissioning services for our client. They support resource planning and project scheduling while ensuring adherence to processes, best practices, and continuous improvement. The Project Manager TFMS also engages in complex projects to support strategic planning and senior collaboration.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership by guiding team members to reach their potential, including recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and managing performance.
2. Service Delivery: Manages project planning and execution, develops strategies, monitors budgets, and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards. Acts as a workstream lead for complex projects.
3. Relationship Management: Builds internal and external relationships, maintains client satisfaction, and communicates proactively with stakeholders.
4. Reporting & Communication: Ensures timely project deliverables, maintains documentation, and reports on project status and finances.
5. Quality Management: Collaborates on process improvements and develops tools and documentation for service delivery.
6. Business Development: Supports client experience and contributes to scope and proposal development.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills with 5+ years of relevant experience in moves, furniture, and facility projects.
• Leadership and management skills, including managing remote teams.
• Strategic thinking and customer relationship management.
• 3+ years of furniture systems knowledge.
• Strong project coordination skills, proficiency with scheduling software like Microsoft Project.

Licenses and Professional Accreditation

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $73,600 - $92,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
