Office Manager – Core Insight Chiropractic
Overview
Looking for a full-time Office Manager whose natural strengths align with our high-performing, organized, and people-centered environment. You would be the organizational heartbeat of the clinic—ensuring that systems run smoothly, patients receive outstanding service, and the team is supported with structure and clarity. Reporting to the four owners, you should instinctively simplify, systematize, and adjust with confidence, even in evolving situations.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Systems & Process Management
·Bring order to chaos—designing processes that support both patients and team members
·Systematize clinic workflows to create high efficiency
·Organize scheduling systems, patient flow, billing, and records management
·Create and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) to reduce inconsistency
Team & Patient Support
·Supervise front desk and admin staff, delegate effectively, and promote accountability
·Respond to patient inquiries and ensure all communications are handled with care
·Lead patient intake, insurance coordination, and ensure accurate payment processing
Strategic Thinking & Adaptability
·Steady the team during periods of change or uncertainty
·Scout out innovations and adapt processes where needed to keep efficient structure
·Navigate evolving technology, tools, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Jane App)
Tangible Resource Management
·Manage clinic inventory, equipment, and space optimization
·Coordinate physical materials (supplies, signage, promotional items, etc.)
·Bridge the gap between the physical and digital patient experience
