Cable Leafs has been delivering Telecommunication and Information Technology services for over 10 years. Our services range from design, installation, maintenance, decommissioning, and management of flexible, comprehensive telecommunications and IT infrastructures for our customers.

We are looking for a well-organized, Canadian experienced, self-motivated professional who is passionate about contributing to our success by creating and maintaining the administrative, bookkeeping, office supply, HR, and social media infrastructure upon which our team's creativity and enthusiasm can develop and take flight.

We need to ensure that every member of our team is free to do what they do best, and we'll be counting on you to get us there by creating efficient and easy-to-use administrative systems, maintaining office supplies, and expanding our social media followings.

Human Resources Tasks :

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures according to Ontario law / Federal Law
  • Update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Process employee payrolls (semi-monthly and bi-weekly) and ensure accurate records of attendance, vacations, and all other leaves.

Accounting Tasks :

  • Prepare and submit quotes and invoices
  • Input all company bills, invoices, and receipts in the accounting system.
  • Keep track of petty cash and input all expenses

Administrative Tasks :

  • Maintain office supplies and order project materials
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize fun team-building events with our vendors
  • Update the company LinkedIn page and promote the team's achievements

Qualifications :

  • Experience with QuickBooks desktop is a great advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • Over 5 years of office assistant or administrative assistant experience
  • Have a valid driver's license with a car
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must. Intermediate to advanced in Word and Excel
  • On-site Monday to Friday (9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm)
  • Based on experience. Competitive matching market.
  • Annual bonus based on company & individual’s performance

  • Paid vacation and statutory holidays, increased with seniority (10, 15, 20, etc.)
  • Paid sick leave or personal time off, increased with seniority (0, 2, 4, 6, etc.)
