About the Role
Reporting to school administration, the Office Coordinator is RTD Academy’s in-person presence at our North East Calgary office. This is a broad, hands-on role that combines front-desk reception, administrative support, and day-to-day office management, with exam support as a central focus, as the location primarily serves students writing provincial diploma exams. The office space will soon be available, and the Office Coordinator will play a key role in getting it set up and organized. Once open, they will work independently to keep it welcoming, tidy, and running smoothly.
Who You Are
You take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’re welcoming and professional, the kind of first face people are glad to see when they walk through the door. You work confidently on your own and don’t need someone checking in constantly; you know what needs doing and you get it done. You’re adaptable and resourceful.
