The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets while working as part of a larger, growing team. This role requires collaboration with our Toronto office.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and positively.
  • Coordinate Outlook calendars and prepare meeting rooms for in-office meetings.
  • Order and coordinate catering for presentations and events.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills.
  • Keep the kitchen/cafe area tidy, well-stocked, and manage dishwasher loading/unloading.
  • Manage facility requests, access cards, and office maintenance.
  • Report credit card expenses monthly.
  • Organize, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support for invoicing, certificates, and insurance-related requests.
  • Participate in the Joint Health & Safety and Fire Safety Teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
