Job Responsibilities
  • Answer multiline switchboard
  • Greet, assist, and sign in visitors
  • Handle faxes, mail, and courier services
  • Provide professional service to callers and visitors
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage boardroom calendars and hot desk bookings
  • Assist with office catering and maintain organization of shared spaces
  • Process credit card payments and manage office supplies
  • Maintain office equipment and support facilities for events
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business Administration or similar (asset)
  • Experience in the insurance industry (asset)
