Job description

  • Schedule is flexible 5 days a week 4-5 hours per day.

We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular part-time 24 hours per week. This position located in Moncton.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
  • Validating employee hours
  • Tracking purchases billing customer accounts and cash balancing
  • Paying suppliers and making deposits
  • Preparing sales reports as needed
  • Performing various clerical tasks (filing data entry photocopying etc.
