Jörgen Dance in Toronto is seeking an Office Assistant to support studio renters and manage bookings, invoicing, and general administrative tasks. You will handle phone and email inquiries, monitor equipment, and maintain databases, with emphasis on time management and organization.
This is an entry-level position in arts and non-profit settings, requiring multitasking across busy rental days. Starting Sept 14, 2026, part-time 24–30 hours/week, 3-month contract, $18/hour, located at 160 Kendal
The Office Assistant interfaces with all studio renters; manages bookings, oversees studio sound equipment used by renters and deals with rental invoicing. They also provide administrative, clerical, and database support at Jörgen Dance. This position is an excellent entry level position for anyone who is interested in working in the arts and/or non-profit industries, exposing the individual to fundamental aspects of arts administration. The position requiresexceptional time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask as it often requires switching between different tasks throughout the day.
