About The Role

Are you ready for your next adventure? We are growing, and this is an exciting time to join the Fresh Tracks Canada team! If you are an organized, self-motivated, creative individual with an eye for detail this may be your role!

Reporting to our Director, People Operations, you will have the opportunity to work closely and collaborate with our tight knit PO team. You will oversee all the day-to-day operations of the office, plan and manage company events, and be a driving force in employee engagement. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to grow and an eye towards continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and be a self-starter who can take initiative in their role. This person will be the face of the People Operations team, and cultivate a positive, fun and welcoming workplace for all of our Fresh Trackers!

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing office supplies and services
  • Partner with our Property Management and arrange maintenance and facilities access
  • Main point of contact for office suppliers
  • Play an active role in onboarding, including workstation and technology set up
  • Responsible for keeping the office and kitchen areas tidy and stocked with supplies
  • Coordinating and managing company events and event budget
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in and office spaces and meeting rooms
  • Ordering and coordinating catering for staff
  • Leading Health & Safety and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Updating and managing the employee training portal
  • Troubleshooting office equipment and working closely with our IT partners
  • Other administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in office management
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
  • A positive self-starter attitude with a predisposition to take initiative
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating and working with reports and dashboards
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (Microsoft Office)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and leadership teams
  • Ability to work simultaneously on a variety of complex projects with tight deadlines
