Job summary

Beneva Inc. recherche un Agent de bureau II – Service à la clientèle – Facturation (temporaire, durée déterminée, 6 mois) à Longueuil. Vous accompagnerez les clients sur les paiements et les états de compte, et contribuerez à la précision des données du dossier.

Le poste offre un mode hybride et une opportunité de collaboration entre le bureau et le domicile, avec un encadrement professionnel et des possibilités de développement au sein de Beneva.

Qualifications

• DEP ou équivalent requis.
• Expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle exigée.

Responsibilities

• Accompagner la clientèle en répondant à ses questions sur les paiements et l’état du dossier.
• Conseiller sur les solutions de paiement et convenir d’ententes lorsque nécessaire.
• Analyser les dossiers pour assurer l’exactitude et la qualité des données.

Job Title and Duration

Office Agent II - Customer Service - Billing (Temporary, Durée déterminée, 6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Accompagner la clientèle en répondant à ses questions concernant les paiements, les prélèvements et l'état de son dossier
• Conseiller la clientèle sur les solutions de paiement adaptées à sa situation et convenir d'ententes de paiement lorsque requis
• Analyser les dossiers afin d'assurer l'exactitude des informations, d'apporter les correctifs nécessaires et de maintenir la qualité des données
• Évaluer les demandes liées aux paiements, aux frais bancaires, aux remboursements ou aux changements au dossier en appliquant les procédures établies
• Prendre des décisions concernant le maintien ou l'annulation d'un contrat en tenant compte de la situation du dossier et des besoins de la clientèle
• Effectuer les suivis requis auprès de la clientèle concernant les soldes impayés et contribuer à la saine gestion des comptes

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) ou l'équivalent
• Expérience pertinente au service à la clientèle
