Office Management - Maintain office supplies, handle calls, distribute mail and represent Camp Miriam to visitors.
Registration Support - Assist with the registration process, update forms, manage fees and coordinate logistics.
Staff Hiring - Process summer staff paperwork, manage criminal record checks and work permits.
Fundraising Support - Maintain donor databases, issue receipts, assist with newsletters and support grant writing and events.
Admin & IT Support - Manage the photo repository, maintain the website and coordinate volunteer efforts.
