TouchBistro is seeking an organized Office Administrator to keep our Ottawa office running smoothly. You will support multiple departments and manage supplies, communications, and front-desk tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office administration experience, is tech-savvy with Slack and Teams, Google Workspace, and expense tools like Tipalti, and thrives when coordinating events, travel, and cross-functional projects.

Note: This is an in-office position, 5 days a week.
Office Operations - Keep the office running by managing supplies, equipment, and workspace organization.
Administrative Support - Assist with office communications and mail organization.
Security - Assist with Access Security cards for New Hires, Terminations and Leaves
Reception & Guest Management - Welcome visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed.
Event Coordination - Organize office celebrations and catering for large events.
Travel & Expense Management - Book travel arrangements and process expense reports.
Special Projects - Take on additional responsibilities like organizing company-wide initiatives or supporting cross-functional teams.
2+ years of office administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy - Comfortable using Slack and/or Teams, Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Slides), and expense management tools like Tipalti.
Highly organized - You love keeping things in order and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Great communicator - Strong verbal and written skills to interact with employees, vendors, and guests.
Problem-solver - Able to anticipate office needs and find solutions proactively.
Team player - A go-to person who enjoys supporting colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
