Job description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Primary function is invoicing, payables and inventory
  • Interface with maintenance technicians, sales and service
  • Handle inbound calls for customer service, sales and accounts receivable and provide information on products and services.
  • Complete customer follow to ensure that they were provided the red service treatment!

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Post-secondary education (asset).
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with sales or sales prospecting (asset)
  • 2 years’ work experience in a fast paced call center/office setting.
  • Experience with telecommunication devices.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
