Primary Responsibilities
- Primary function is invoicing, payables and inventory
- Interface with maintenance technicians, sales and service
- Handle inbound calls for customer service, sales and accounts receivable and provide information on products and services.
- Complete customer follow to ensure that they were provided the red service treatment!
Education/Experience/Skills
- Post-secondary education (asset).
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Experience with sales or sales prospecting (asset)
- 2 years’ work experience in a fast paced call center/office setting.
- Experience with telecommunication devices.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
