Job summary

Modern Air Filtration Corporation is a proudly Canadian manufacturer of premium air filtration products. We are looking for a detail-oriented order desk professional to process customer orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate with production, shipping, and purchasing teams in Brampton, ON.

The role requires strong numerical sense, precise data handling, and excellent communication with customers. Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite is expected.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software is advantageous.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent attention to detail. You will play a key role in processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

A strong understanding of numbers, pricing, and order accuracy is essential. An accounting or bookkeeping background is considered a significant asset.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders.
