Responsibilities

  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate and train staff
  • Establish policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts, training, and development strategies
  • Handle communication : telephone, electronic inquiries, and correspondence
  • Compile data and prepare reports
  • Advise senior management and respond to employee questions
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR
  • Organize staff procedures and oversee payroll
  • Arrange travel and greet visitors
  • Maintain filing systems and perform data entry
  • Provide customer service and support marketing efforts
  • Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff performance
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Supervision

Supervise 1 to 2 people.
