Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate team in Windsor. This is a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and has relevant work experience.

General Duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.
  • Greet visitors warmly and answer their questions.
  • Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including fax machines, copiers, and computers.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Maintain the office filing system.
Payroll and Accounting Support
  • Assist the payroll department with weekly payroll administration.
  • Respond promptly to payroll inquiries, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Provide vacation coverage and support to the payroll coordinator.
  • Support year-end reporting activities.

Skills & Education
