Sureway Construction Group Ltd. is seeking an Engine Rebuild Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) to join our Edmonton shop, rebuilding CAT and Komatsu engines and performing engine overhauls.

You must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal – Off Road, 7–10 years' experience, and Off Road expertise; reading hydraulic and electronic schematics is essential. This full-time, day-shift role offers a $54.78 hourly rate, benefits immediately, RRSP/TFSA matching and

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal – Off Road.
• 7–10 years' journeyperson experience, off-road focus.
• Experience with CAT/E.T., SIS and Komatsu components.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild Cat, Komatsu engines.
• Complete overhaul of sub components.
• Maintain equipment to high standards and perform checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and overhauls.
• Follow safety program and promote safety culture.
