Qualifications

• Must have 5-10 years' Journeyperson experience.
• Off Road experience is REQUIRED.
• Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise and manage the heavy equipment shop.
• Ensure schedules and timelines are met.
• Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure.
• Promote and adhere to the company’s safety program.
