Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to drive inventory, fulfillment and stockroom execution in a store environment. You will coach teammates, manage staffing, and help deliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, implementing plans, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while maintaining strong store performance and athlete-ready service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by informing customers about products and availability.
• Lead inventory, fulfillment and stockroom operations to keep the store running smoothly.
• Build and coach a strong team, including hiring, onboarding and performance feedback.
