Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Newly licensed graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychological functions and job demands.
• Create tailored return-to-work plans with measurable goals.
• Perform clinical evaluations and provide exercises and cognitive strategies.
• Address employee health screenings and recommend equipment as needed.
• Teach mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep hygiene to support recovery.
• Educate clients and employers on the recovery process and role in the plan.
• Document assessments and interventions in the client chart.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exercise sound professional judgment.
