Job summary

Re:Function Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Lower Mainland on a contract basis, with options for part-time or full-time work.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop return-to-work plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to support safe and timely returns to work. Travel to various job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• 6 months in return-to-work rehab or job-site assessments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy.
• Current CHCPBC registration in good standing.
• Malpractice insurance of at least $5 million per occurrence.
• Ability to travel to Lower Mainland job sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments (physical and cognitive) in the Lower Mainland.
• Develop a graded work simulation program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop/monitor graduated return-to-work plans.
• Perform job site visits.
• Assist with job coaching.
• Provide timely written/verbal communication of assessment findings and treatment outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education to clients for timely and safe return to work.
