Job summary

Lifemark 64th Avenue Clinic in Langley, BC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support concussion management programs and broader rehab services. You will assess, treat, and help clients return to work and daily activities within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, client education, and collaboration with vendors and funding bodies. Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply, with potential for career growth across Lifemark’s national network.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• Experience in Concussion management is an asset.
• Newly Licensed Graduates are welcome to apply.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients.
• Perform clinical evaluations including admission and ADL assessments; conduct seating and positioning assessments.
• Identify equipment needs and coordinate with local vendors for trials and funding letters.
• Educate clients and families on seating, independence with daily activities, and adaptive devices.
• Record assessments and treatments in the client chart; collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
