Job summary

Lifemark Health Corp. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Calgary Vocational Services Department. This full-time, permanent role is based in our Calgary Sunridge clinic with some local travel.

You’ll support diverse populations in returning to work after injury or illness and work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate functional abilities, design tailored return-to-work plans, and provide patient education.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice.
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists in your province and in good standing.
• 1–3 years of OT experience preferred; newly licensed grads accepted.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safe, timely return to work by analyzing worker abilities and job demands.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychological function and workplace environment.
• Develop tailored plans to return to pre-injury roles or alternative work.
• Design personalized programs to enhance job readiness and health.
• Provide education to clients and employers about recovery and plan roles.
