Job summary

CBI Home Health in Woodstock, Ontario is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support clients at home and in the community. The role focuses on ADL/IADL strategies, home modifications, and collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team.

You will travel within the Oxford County region, maintain professional standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and help clients live safely and independently, with a competitive per-visit salary and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within Oxford County with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $82 – $86 per visit
