Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve North Wellington County (Mount Forest, Arthur, Clifford, Shelburne). You will assess and implement OT interventions, provide ADL/IADL strategies, recommend equipment, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within the community – valid driver’s license and insurance.

• Excellent communication skills; thrives in team settings and independently.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $57.44 – $67.39 per visit
