Job summary

CBI Home Health in Waterloo, ON is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based OT services in Kitchener/Waterloo. The role offers flexible scheduling and a mix of part-time opportunities with a generous sign-on bonus.

You will assess and implement ADL/IADL strategies, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and use digital platforms for care, documentation, and intervention. Ontario registration is required.
