Penticton Health Centre (PHC) has an immediate relief part-time (0.67 FTE) Occupational Therapist opening. This position is to provide coverage until May 2025, or the return of the incumbent.

This position is with the Quick Response Team at Penticton Regional Hospital. An Occupational Therapist plays a crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you make a substantial contribution to promote functional independence and enable patients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. You will provide work direction to the Rehabilitation Assistants working with the rehabilitation team in regard to transfer of function.
