DMARehability, a Lifemark Health Group company, is seeking an Occupational Therapist Aide / PTA to support community rehabilitation in Windsor and London, Ontario. You’ll contribute to assessments, treatment planning, and client education with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
We offer clinical mentorship, autonomy within a community-based practice, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across the Lifemark network. OTA/PTA diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

As a OTA/PTA with DMARehability, you will assess client needs, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and support clients in achieving greater independence and participation in their daily lives.
Depending on your experience and caseload, your work may include:
Experience in community rehabilitation, auto insurance, acquired brain injury, functional assessment, catastrophic injury, disability management or return-to-work is an asset.
New graduates and internationally educated Kinesiologists who meet Ontario registration requirements are encouraged to apply.
