Under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, the Primary Care Occupational Therapist (OT) works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support individuals and families through the Primary Care Home model.
Guided by Northern Health's vision for integrated primary health care, the OT provides assessment, treatment planning, interventions, follow-up care, and ongoing support to help individuals participate in the activities that matter most to them.
In this role, you will:
Primary Care Networks are collaborative partnerships between the Divisions of Family Practice, regional health authorities, the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), nurse practitioners, and community-based providers. Together, these partners are transforming primary and community care across British Columbia to improve access, coordination, and outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
