Occupational Therapist | Primary Care role at Interior Health Authority

We are seeking a permanent part-time (0.78 FTE) Occupational Therapist to join the Williams Lake Primary Care Hub. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Overview

The position involves providing assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to help clients improve their functional abilities and quality of life in a primary care setting. The Williams Lake Primary Care Hub is part of the Central Interior Rural Primary Care Network, offering a team-based approach to care with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a nurse care coordinator, social worker, mental health and substance use clinician, dietitian, clinical pharmacist, respiratory therapist, and exercise physiologist. The worksite is designed to support seamless coordination among providers to deliver holistic, patient-centered care for residents of Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, and surrounding communities.
