Job summary

Kibbi à Whitehorse, Yukon, recherche un responsable santé et sécurité (Permanent) pour un poste à temps plein. Vous superviserez les programmes de santé et sécurité, réaliserez des inspections et conseillerez la direction sur les risques professionnels.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins un baccalauréat et 1 à 2 ans d’expérience, avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Qualifications

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine souhaitée.

Responsibilities

  • Fournir des informations et de la formation aux employeurs, employés et au public.
  • Examiner les directives RH pour assurer la conformité avec les règlements de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Établir et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures.
  • Inspecter les lieux de travail pour repérer des risques sanitaires ou sécuritaires.
  • Enquêter sur les accidents ou maladies professionnels.
  • Gérer les stratégies de formation et de développement.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de santé et sécurité.
  • S’assurer du respect des règlements de santé et sécurité et conseiller la direction.
