ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Oaken Customer Service Specialist will lead the customer experience through providing service to Oaken customers. This role will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through telephone, email, and scheduled visits, while attending conferences and local community events and responding to all inquiries. This role will also identify potential sales opportunities, acquire, and retain customers.
The Contact Centre provides service to our customers from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Our Toronto Oaken store is open from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST. Customer Service Specialists are required to have availability to be scheduled 5 days and 35 hours per week, within these hours, after the initial training weeks.
