Job summary

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a nutribullet In-Store Demo Representative in Vancouver, BC. This part-time role (20 hours/week) runs on a 3-month contract with potential extension, focused on education, product demonstrations, and driving sales at partner retailers.

The Role: nutribullet In-Store Demo Representative– Vancouver BC- Approx. 20 HOURS/WEEK - 3 Month Contract with Possibility of Extension

$22.50-23/hour +KM reimbursement

You are a dynamic, self-starter who understands what wellness and nutrition means to people! You have top-notch communication and relationship-building skills with a knack for educating consumers on the value, features, and benefits of exceptional blending products. You may have experience in presenting in front of large groups in public, or at a minimum, are comfortable in doing so. Your enthusiasm for the brand, and love of wellness and nutrition, is infectious.

Bottom line: you’ll ensure our premium brands products outperform the competition

Position Summary:

Our client is nutribullet is a leading consumer kitchen appliance brand focused on making nutrition simple, accessible, and impactful for everyday life. It is best known for its high-performance personal and full-sized blenders designed to help people quickly prepare smoothies, soups, and other blended foods, with an emphasis on ease of use, quick cleanup, and nutrition extraction. Your role is to drive sales through your product expertise, education, demonstrations and support consumers, store associates and managers through in person Retail Demonstrations.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

Drive sales by engaging and interacting with consumers, store associates and managers through nutribullet product demonstrations and providing relevant brand information.

  • Product Demonstration:
    • Conduct live, in person demonstrations of nutribullet products, highlighting key features and quality, at retail partners across the city.
    • Showcase various nutribullet products and educate customers on practical guidance, fresh ideas, and expert-backed inspiration to fuel your feel-good routine.
    • Highlight the differences between our machine line-up and offer the perfect match for the customer’s needs
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
    • Answer customer questions about nutribullet & magic bullet products.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    • Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.
    • Build brand awareness and loyalty by sharing the brand story and values with customers.
    • Offer samples to customers and encourage interaction with our machines
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Demo Area:
    • Set up and maintain an attractive and clean demonstration area.
    • Ensure all necessary supplies and materials are available for demonstrations.
  • Sales Support:
    • Drive sales and promote special promotions.
    • Collect and report customer feedback to improve future demonstrations and products.
  • Training and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and product updates.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and demonstration skills.
  • Working Conditions:
    • Part-time role (20 hours/week)
    • This role involves standing for extended periods, interacting with a diverse range of customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and evening availability is required.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues as required, and if not, offer next steps in terms of Customer service.
    • Work 20 hours a week (3-4 shifts), Thursday to Sunday, including some evenings.
    • Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and communicate promptly during working hours.
    • Provide ongoing feedback to the client on how to evolve/improve the experience.
    • Transporting Demo Equipment, set up and take down
Your Skill Set:
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience in public settings
  • The desire to achieve goals both individually as well as a team.
  • A quick learning aptitude with the ability to carry out self learning through a dedicated learning platform.
  • Strong personal drive, problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative.
  • The ability to systematically walk a customer through how our machines work and make it look easy every time!
  • Comfortable using an iPad for reporting and daily tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for wellness and nutrition a good understanding of blending and juicing.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Demo experience.
  • Ability to speak other languages.
