Job summary

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in North Vancouver to drive growth for Unilever brands across assigned retail territories. You will promote key SKUs, build retailer relationships, and execute planograms to maximize shelf presence and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in CPG sales, strong communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to achieve targets while working independently on the road.

• Stay on top of regional sales trends to maximize in-store performance.
• Share feedback and insights on retail conditions.
• Jump in on other related duties as needed.
