An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate staff scheduling and support administrative needs. This role involves ensuring appropriate staffing levels, maintaining accurate records, and using tools like Microsoft Outlook and Excel to facilitate communication and organization. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for organization, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the care of residents while working in a supportive environment.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Full Time: 35-40 hours week/Day shift
GENERAL SCOPE:To maintain the integrity of the established staffing model and to coordinate the scheduling of the staff to meet the care needs of the residents. Additionally, assist with day-to-day clerical duties to support the administrative needs and regulatory requirements for St. Luke Health Servicesas directed.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma required. Associate Degree in Business. Administrative Assistant or equivalent with medical focus preferred. Excellent computer, phone and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with nursing personnel, other departments in the facility and colleagues. Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Must be able to prepare staffing schedules and other records in a systematic manner that meets staffing and organizational requirements. Must possess the ability to examine and verify staffing schedules and reports.
