Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. You bring real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care as nurses experience it.

The role is remote and hourly, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI content, translate clinical knowledge into feedback, and annotate outputs while working independently on flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on nursing experience in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with major EHR platforms like Epic or Cerner.
• Experience in clinical informatics or health IT workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content related to clinical workflows and EHR documentation.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback for AI models.
• Identify gaps or unrealistic outputs in AI scenarios and suggest improvements.
• Assess AI outputs related to health information systems and patient data management.
• Provide detailed, structured annotations using clear guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
