Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and health IT outputs for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing practice
• Review and assess how AI interprets EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and nursing care processes
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI responses related to nursing informatics
• Translate your clinical experience into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
• Flag issues with how AI handles patient data concepts, care coordination, and clinical decision support
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
• Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing care standards
• Able to analyze AI outputs critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on structured tasks
