Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist for AI training on a fully remote, hourly contract basis. The role leverages clinical experience to evaluate AI-generated content and workflows, ensuring accuracy and real-world applicability.

You will contribute expert feedback to improve AI model quality in healthcare contexts. Ideal candidates are registered nurses with health IT experience, adept at interpreting EHR usage and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT.
• Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, documentation, and workflows for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability.
• Apply nursing knowledge to assess AI system reflection of actual clinical practice and EHR usage.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to nursing informatics and health IT.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help improve AI model quality in healthcare contexts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams - no meetings required, work on your own schedule.
