Job summary

Snore MD in Kamloops is seeking a compassionate Sleep Clinician to join our on-site clinic. RN, LPN, RRT, or RPSGT are welcome; nurses receive training with no additional certification required.

This is an on-site role, ideal for someone living in or near Kamloops and able to commute to the clinic. You will guide patients through their sleep therapy journey, set up home sleep tests, review results, initiate CPAP/BiPAP therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate with care teams to ensure a

• Current BC licensure or certification as RN/LPN/RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT.
• Minimum 3 years RN/LPN experience or graduate status in RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT.
• Strong communication and reliable attendance required.
• Available to work every Saturday; Sunday and one weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Set up and explain home sleep tests clearly to patients.
• Review sleep study results with patients and outline next steps.
• Initiate and guide CPAP/BiPAP therapy.

Location: Nanaimo, BC

Start Date: Between December 20 and 28, 2026

Schedule: 5 days/week, Monday–Saturday (Saturdays required), with Sunday and one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: 35.00 – 39.00 per hour, plus up to $5.50/hour in monthly performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey, from first test to lasting success.

• Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests in a clear, approachable way
• Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps
• Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy
• Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments
• Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment
• Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience

What You Bring

• Current BC licensure or certification as an RN, LPN, RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT
• 3+ years of experience as an RN or LPN, or as a graduate RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT (including practicum and exams)
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for patient education
• A strong sense of responsibility and a consistent, reliable attendance record
• Availability to work every Saturday, with Sunday and one weekday (Tuesday–Thursday) off
• Residence in or near Kamloops, with a reliable commute to our clinic
• Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada
