Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Clinician (RN, LPN, RRT, or RPSGT) to support Saturday clinic coverage and provide vacation/leave coverage as needed. You will assess sleep health needs, set up CPAP equipment, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians for coordinated care.

The role offers full training, a patient-first culture, and opportunities to grow in sleep health across Canada. Prior CPAP and sleep industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RRT, RN, LPN, or RPSGT credential.
• A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing clinical care and retail sales, bonus points for experience in retail sales.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with sleep therapies, CPAP therapy and virtual care is a strong asset.
• Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, EMR, virtual care tools)
• Full training provided

Responsibilities

• Working directly with patients to assess sleep health needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Setting up and supporting CPAP equipment and providing patient education with high-quality service standards.
• Collaborating with physicians and other care providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Supporting therapy adherence, maintenance, and patient outcomes through follow-ups.
• Assisting patients with insurance claims and funding navigation.
• Documenting patient interactions in EMRs and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting clinic operations and driving sleep health-related product sales.
• Acting as role model and ambassador to the company by living our Resolve Sleep Health values.

We are currently seeking a Clinician (RN, LPN, RRT, or RPSGT) to join our team supporting our clinics in Burnaby, BC. This is a permanent part-time position, and Monday to Saturday availability is preferred.

This role is primarily focused on expanding our Saturday clinic coverage and will also provide vacation and leave coverage based on the successful candidate's availability. As the clinician may work independently on Saturdays, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the CPAP and sleep industry.

As a Clinician, you'll combine your clinical expertise with your passion for patient care. You'll assess and manage sleep-related concerns, deliver personalized treatment plans, and support patients on their journey toward healthier living.
