Job summary

Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre in Victoria, BC seeks Nurse Practitioner to deliver longitudinal primary care within an interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, counsellors, dietitians, and nurses. The Clinical Lead will shape program design and team development from day one; 0.6–1.0 FTE, no on-call, and no weekends. Start in August 2026.

Two positions available. Compensation is $110–$130/hour as an independent contractor, equivalent to about $228,800–$270,400 yearly, with relocation bonus

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Professional liability protection.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver longitudinal primary care to families within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Lead program design, team development and direction of the practice from day one.
  • Support preventative, lifestyle-focused care and patient-centred plans.

Education

The role

As a Nurse Practitioner here,you'lldeliver longitudinal primary care to families while working inside an expertinterdisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, speech-language pathologists, dieticians,kinesiologistsand nurses.

You'llbe a trusted guide for families, providing personalized primary care for children and parents alike, addressing immediate concerns while supporting long-term health. Beyond consultations,you'llhelp build the preventative, lifestyle-focused programs that make this model work.

  • Current, full registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), including completion of the required NP registration and prescribing exams.
  • Master's degree or higher in nursing from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current professional liability protection (CNPS or equivalent).
Compensation:

$110–$130/hour, based on experience — as an independent contractor role.This is equivalent to $228,800 - $270,400 per year.Relocation bonus available.

Schedule:

Minimum 0.6 FTE.Up to 1.0 FTE, flexible hours. No on-call, and no weekends.
