Job summary

Tall Tree Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Victoria BC to deliver longitudinal primary care to families within an expert interdisciplinary team. You’ll guide care for children and parents, work with physiotherapists, counsellors, dietitians and nurses, and lead program design from day one.

This independent contractor role emphasizes prevention, health coaching, and collaboration in a dynamic practice. Start August 2026 with 2 positions available.

Qualifications

• Current NP registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and prescribing exams.
• Master's degree or higher in nursing from a recognized NP program.
• Current professional liability protection (CNPS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver longitudinal primary care to families within an interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as Clinical Lead with involvement in program design and team development.
• Support prevention and lifestyle guidance integrated with medical care.

The role

Compensation: $110–$130/hour, based on experience — as an independent contractor role.This is equivalent to $228,800 - $270,400 per year.Relocation bonus available.

Schedule: Minimum 0.6 FTE.Up to 1.0 FTE, flexible hours. No on-call, and no weekends.
