Job description

The Nurse Practitioner is a member of an integrated health care team that provides service to equity seeking individuals as well as the broader community, emphasizing holistic care, health promotion and disease prevention, and providing care through a trauma and violence informed lens. As a Nurse Practitioner with our Team, you will work both independently and in collaboration with community Physicians and other health care professionals across multiple clinic sites to assess, diagnose and treat health problems.

The Nurse Practitioner, in partnership with other team members and collaborators, seeks to provide culturally appropriate care to all clients as part of their commitment to providing safe, person-centered care.
