Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class.
• Membership with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years of most responsible provider NP experience in primary care or community health.
• Experience with TELUS PS Suites preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care to patients according to governing body standards.
• Consult with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Develop and implement patient education programs.
• Conduct educational sessions focusing on health promotion.
